Crossroads Home Care is a registered charity supporting people to live independently while improving the lives of unpaid carers and families across Dudley, Sandwell and West Birmingham.
Since 1987, we have provided compassionate home care, respite services, carer support and wellbeing programmes that help people stay safe, independent and connected. As a proud member of the Carers Trust Network, we’re committed to delivering person-centred support that makes a real difference to local communities.

Our Story
Crossroads Caring for Carers was established in 1987 with a simple purpose: to support unpaid carers and the people they care for.
Over the years, we’ve grown from providing respite care into a trusted charity delivering a broad range of home care, wellbeing, training and community support services.
While our services have evolved, our purpose has remained the same—to improve lives by providing compassionate, person-centred support that helps people live independently with dignity and confidence.
