Do you know a Crossroads Champion?
Our staff recognition awards are a quarterly opportunity for staff who have really gone the extra mile, to be recognised!
Nominations can be made by all Crossroads employees, by service users, family members of service users, and also by fellow professionals from the organisations that we work with.
These awards are not just for our Care Team, we welcome nominations for colleagues from our non-regulated services, admin teams and management too!

And the winner is…Richard Hannant, Care Support Worker! Richard was nominated, not once, but twice! His nominations came both internally and from an external partner at the Connected Palliative Care Hub.
