We are delighted to share that we have been awarded funding from The Eveson Trust. This grant will enhance our Carers Hub by supporting our receptionist post. Offering a welcoming environment and a friendly face for visitors to our Carers Hub is of upmost importance to us and we hope that the unpaid carers that we support, our colleagues, partners and other visitors will all benefit.
We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of unpaid carers in our community and our Carers Hub, along with our receptionist, is central to this. Not only will our face-to-face visitors benefit, but those who contact us via phone or email will continue to be sign-posted and advised about our wide range of tailored support services, family carer training and care at home service, improving the health and wellbeing of carers and those they care for.
