Crossroads, a leading provider of community care services across the West Midlands will be hosting an Open Day on Tuesday 8 October.
Come along between 10am and 4pm to 494 Wolverhampton Road to find out about the services Crossroads can offer, including personal care, practical support, respite care and training for both formal and informal carers.
Members of the team will also be on hand with details about current vacancies for full and part-time care support workers in Sandwell (Oldbury, West Bromwich, Great Barr), Birmingham (Quinton, Halesowen), Dudley, Wolverhampton and Walsall.
Chris Christie, Crossroads CEO said, “Now we’re settled here at our new premises on Wolverhampton Road, we’re pleased to be opening our doors to the community to showcase the excellent services we can offer and the fantastic work that goes on here. We deliver support that can help people with complex needs remain in their own homes for longer and help to reduce loneliness, which is an increasing problem amongst the older generation.”
Kerry Harris, Care Manager added, “We’re currently looking for people who want to help us to deliver excellent care, so the open day is the ideal opportunity for us to speak to those who are looking for a career in caring – whether you have experience or are just starting out. If you’re passionate about looking after others, please come along and speak to members of our team to find out more. Application packs will be available on the day, along with advice on training and qualifications.”
